Signing Your ArtworkSo why is it important you sign your artwork and how should you go about making one? You should be able to answer those questions after reading the articles and watching the video.

If you want to look at your name in a variety of fonts to try and copy use the button above to take you to that website (it's the one the girl in the video talks about). There are a lot of adds but look for the box where it says "Step 1: Your Name"- just type it in and click "next step".

Assignment 1: read articles and take notes, compare and contrast the similarities and differences between them
Assignment 2: Your Name 100 ways (put this at the top of your paper)
Assignment 2: Your Name 100 ways (put this at the top of your paper)
- Use a sheet of lined paper, fold it in half, then number 1-100 starting down the left margin and then going down the middle of the paper along the fold. You can also continue on to the back if needed as well (plus you can get 1 point for each extra name design you do)
- Think of how you could connect and end marks for letters
- Each line has to have a different version of your name - no repeats; Yes, it sounds intense however keep in mind these are all different and haven't even considered any design elements or flourish to them. Repeat combinations with different styles like all capitals, all lowercase, all print, all cursive, a combination of all, etc.
- First Name Last Name
